Completing a Complex Probate Before the Tax Deadline

One of the biggest achievements this week was completing probate on a particularly complex matter. The family were working towards a tight tax deadline, so bringing everything together in time has given them clarity and reassurance. Helping clients avoid unnecessary pressure at an already emotional time is one of the most rewarding parts of the work we do.

Preparing a Deed of Variation to Save Tax

I also prepared a Deed of Variation for clients that will result in a meaningful tax saving for their family. Deeds of Variation can be powerful tools when used appropriately, and this one will help protect the estate for future generations. It is always satisfying to deliver solutions that provide both financial and practical benefits.

Supporting Poorly Clients with Urgent Wills

Another important part of the week involved helping several poorly clients who needed their Wills completed urgently. Working together as a team, we prioritised each case to ensure everything was finalised quickly and with care. Knowing that these clients can now rest easier with their wishes properly documented is a real win.
